Sadé’s story
Sadé Bobb, Founder of SMJB Implementation Group
Before founding SMJB, Sadé spent years in client-facing operations, where she saw what happens when systems don’t match how people actually work. She’s guided teams through new technology, coordinated complex client work from start to finish, and trained people to use new tools with confidence. She’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and she leads every SMJB project herself. She also completed Miami Dade College’s AI Practitioner certificate, an 18-credit program covering AI thinking, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, Python programming and AI ethics. That’s why every AI teammate SMJB builds has a clear job, written ground rules and a person reviewing its work.
She started SMJB to build simple systems that people actually use, and to stay with a team until they do. She’s your main contact from the first call to the last training session.
